A1 Carpet Cleaning Service did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. I saw their ad in the Home Concepts Magazine and I decided to call for an estimate. After I researched a few different carpet cleaning services, I decided to choose A1 and I am so happy that I did. When I called to get an estimate and to make an appointment, their staff was professional and friendly; they were happy to answer all of my questions and I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. A1 also honored their advertised prices. Additionally, they use products that are safe for people and pets. Best of all, was the friendly, professional, and courteous service I received from the cleaning team, Juan and John. They were so professional and kind. They respectfully called before they arrived. Their excellent teamwork allowed them to complete the job efficiently - I saw the carpet transform before my eyes and I was quite impressed. Not only did they do a great job cleaning my carpet, but they also cleaned the upholstery on one of my chairs. They kept me informed about the process and they did a great job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend A1 to anyone who wants professional service, affordable prices, and customer satisfaction.
