Oak Park Motel at 925 East Huntington Drive, Monrovia, California.

I tried calling the number listed to cancel the reservation (due to an unavoidable circumstance.) The male employee (who refused to give his name) was less than helpful. I had to repeat my name several times, and spelled it once. The male employee stated that I did not have a reservation (booked in May 2017). I told him that I do have a reservation. I then said that I would resolve this through the site where I had booked it through. He rudely stated "yah, you do that." Currently have contacted the site where I booked and will go from there.

It was an excellent stay for the night, but when I requested checking out half an hour late they told me no and to wait outside because they wish to clean the room now. I left and no one even looked at my room the entire time I was stuck out in the heat. That was just bad customers service.

The stay itself was well worth the cost.
